Return Policy

If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Please add the receipt and any purchase information along with the description of the item you would like to return.

Defective or flawed items

We stand by our products. If you have any issues with your products after 30 days please contact us at support@clark-woodworks.com.

Shipping Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
